Upcoming elections for the new TIAFT Board

This year, 2024, is an Election year for TIAFT. That means we are looking for our members to nominate and vote for individuals to hold the following positions:

• President-Elect
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Six Board Members (one each from Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania, North America, Latin America and the Caribbean (this includes South America))

Any member can nominate a candidate by writing to president@tiaft.org before August 5th 2024. The candidates must accept nomination in writing to be eligible to stand.

Official nominations will be communicated to the membership at least 14 days before the Business Meeting in St Gallen. Nominees will be given the opportunity to provide a short video explaining their interest in serving on the TIAFT Board, and directions to view these videos will be sent with the announcement of the candidates.

Voting will take place online only, and will be open from 23rd August (1200 CEST) until 6th September (1200 CEST). The results of the vote will be announced during the Business Meeting in St Gallen and elected candidates will hold office until the next election in 3 years.
